Our strategy is to get our students Hybrid Learning for 2 years in India at our campus and complete their final year Degree Program in the UK with our University partners hence, gaining a UK degree along with an HND (Higher National Diploma) after completion of 2nd Year in India.

Local study group meeting
Each member of the study group should review lecture notes, complete select readings from the textbook, and identify specific subjects to study. Every member of a study group should actively participate. A great way for each member to contribute is to assign specific topics and have each member instruct the group. The study group meetings are mandatory. Each week a new topic is chosen, and people explore the topic in an atmosphere of friendly and informal dialogue.
Assessment through practical work
Students will not be undertaking exams, ALL the course will be project based hence, assessments will be through practical training and work. Considering the course is project based, this will result in improved student engagement and social networking resulting in more collaboration and 360-degree feedback. This will have a significant effect and enhance their career prospects both locally and overseas.
Taught by experts from all around the world
All out-study material and Online training is conducted by overseas professors and lecturers with years of experience in their respective field. Weekly local tutor support will be provided hence, getting personal feedback and our students will learn in small study groups in our Skills Centre.
Internationally recognised qualifications
Internationally recognised means your accreditation or degree is valid all over the world and will be recognised at par as the country it was given in. In the UK, most qualifications taken through work, school, college or university, fit into one of nine levels (12 in Scotland). The higher the level, the harder the qualification. The levels are based on the standards of knowledge, skill and competence needed for each qualification. Our qualifications higher national diploma (HND) level 5 award ( level 8 in Scotland)
Project Based Learning
Project-based learning (PBL) is a student-centred approach in which students learn about a subject by working in groups to solve an open-ended problem. This problem is what drives the motivation and the learning. Take a little bit of creativity, add a dash of innovation, and sprinkle in some critical thinking. This recipe makes for a well-rounded and engaged student who's ready to tackle life beyond the classroom. This teaches concepts and inspires lifelong learning at the same time.
Hybrid Learning
Conducted online sessions with tutor lead support. Students will be able to download learning material and videos. Once a week students will attend sessions at our Skills Centre in small groups at a designated time. Best of both worlds. Here our students will benefit from a varied learning path, get to know their peers and/or instructor in person and online at the same time they will be able to an enriching learning experience.

Syntrofia offers study model on hybrid learning. This means, students will study online and offline mode and in and outside India.
Students undergo course curriculum online and learn Advanced Employability Program & Project Based Learning from the centre.
Students do two years of learning based out of India and can choose to go to UK to complete their final year BSc either in Digital Design or Supply Chain Management with a reputable UK University.
HNC stands for “Higher National Certificate” the student, after completing 1 st year education and acquiring 120 Credit points will receive this certificate and can continue for HND.
HND stands for “Higher National Diploma” the student after completing HNC with 120 credit points can pursue to study the second-year education and acquire 120 CP. To get HND and will receive a HND Diploma Certificate confirming completion of their 2 year pre University degree.
Higher National Certificates (HNCs) and Higher National Diplomas (HNDs) are work- related, or vocational, higher education qualifications. They are Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications respectively.
HND is recognized by U.K. government and all industry accept HND as having hands on experience in actual work done.
The credit system is a flexible system of curriculum design in which any academic programme is designed with the required Courses (subjects) of study. Each course is assigned a weightage (credit) depending upon its relative importance to the programme of definite total credit rating. Credit based evaluation are based on assignments and after completion of a specific hours of study, the student acquires designated CP. These credit points can be transferred to other level of education
HND is a vocational qualification that would give you a clearer understanding of your particular subject. It would enhance your skills, knowledge and understanding of your chosen subject. This would further help you have a clear and direct path into your desired employment positions. While pursuing HND the student will undergo topics on the relevant subjects based on assignments, which is equivalent to actual subject based practical knowledge.
AEP stands for Advance Employability Program.
Employability.life is offered through Syntrofia Education Campus/Centre in Ahmedabad. We prepare learners for career entry and progression in digital workplaces. The programme is run by a global network of master coaches. At its heart, we are building a community of practice, connecting the coaches, candidates, and companies at the cutting-edge of technology and workplace experience. The candidates are also supported by a team of mentors and professional coaches, trained and certified to offer appropriate career advice.
The candidate experience is managed within an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management framework that emphasises design thinking and continuous improvement. At the local level, Syntrofia Education campus supports the candidates with full-time Employability.life centre coordinators. Local coordinators run weekly Employability.life hours on campus: structured sessions for group work and to help complete assigned projects.
The student will undergo through AEP in the 1st year of his program.
